ACCI was hired for a multiphase Construction Management project by the Beacon City School District in 2008 after completing a $5 million addition as a General Contractor for their Rombout Middle School. The project is currently in Phase 2 which consists of district wide renovations such as roof replacement, electrical panel replacements, masonry repairs. The pool at the Beacon High School is also being upgraded.

ACCI was retained by the Yorktown Central School District for a $40.3 million district wide renovation project which started in 2006. The current phase consists of classroom ceiling & lighting replacement, HVAC systems for computer server room, and miscellaneous other renovations/upgrades throughout the Yorktown High School. The High School track and turf are also being replaced along with the construction of a new press box.

Arris Contracting is the General Contractor for the Ulster County Department of Public Works to remove then reconstruct two bridges on CR 159 over the Hudson Valley Rail Trail. ACCI faced many challenges including discovering unforeseen buried communication lines. This forced a delay while engineers developed a solution. Subsequently the delay caused ACCI to work through the 2010/2011 Winter season. Pouring hundreds of yards of concrete in below freezing temperatures was a difficult task. However ACCI was up to the challenge and was able to break through the winter on schedule.
Arris Contracting once again is proud to be the General Contractor for Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union. This new branch is located in the beautiful Village of Montgomery, NY. The project broke ground in May and was completed in October. Stay tuned as we hope to post a fast track video of the branch construction from beginning to end.
