  • Fast-Track, 3 month duration Capital Improvements contract at four locations with ten primes, Phase II, $3.5 million.
  • Various District Wide Capital Improvements, Phase I. Duration of 6 months, $1.5 million.
  • The Gidney Avenue Memorial School Addition and Renovation Project. Ten month duration, $3 million.
  • Managed Contract #5, 3 months, $500,000.
