Arris Contracting as General Contractor

Scope:

This award-winning project consisted of the gut renovation and additions to an existing residential structure to create an inviting upscale restaurant in Newburgh N.Y.

Some of the detailed features that were included are, a custom field fabricated barrel vaulted ceiling with soffit light cove pockets for ambient illumination, speciality faux finishes, extensive natural stone tile work, the placement of cultured stone selected to match existing river rock at the exterior of the restaurant and one of first commercial wood burning pizza ovens in Orange County.
