Arris Contracting is a true General Contractor, ACCI will never act as a contractor broker. ACCI is very specific about quality control and we will not put on our name on it unless ACCI has performed the work. Arris plans, schedules and controls the entire project, using our sophisticated application systems as well as tried-and-true hands-on management by our first-class project team.

Design-Build is a delivery system where both the design and construction are controlled by one entity. Traditionally, the relationship is between an architectural firm and contractor(s); however there are many advantages with going with a single company.

ACCI would provide design, engineer, estimator, and builder services for your project. Since ACCI is a contractor first ACCI can provide a more unified design because sometimes ideas drawn on paper are not practical when constructing in the field. Our certified professional estimator can provide a more realistic budget providing cost savings in the design phase of a project. Using our integrated suite of BIM applications we can provide a simulation of your project being constructed before we even land a foot on the site. ACCI being a lean organization focuses on efficiency so that means your project will be built faster and can cost less than a traditional project. Our senior project manager, who is also LEED Accredited Professional, can also assist in providing you with a Green Building. The lines of Communications lies between us and you the owner so that means decisions can be made faster instead of waiting for many disciplines to compromise on an issue. We could go on but we think you get the point that sometimes one head can be better than two heads especially if that head is Arris Contracting.

Arris Contracting was the design-build contractor for this 10,000 square foot commercial plaza. The initial design was given to us by the client and engineer. Through value engineering and design development Arris was able to give the client what they originally wanted for half of the anticipated cost.

Arris was also contracted to fit out a commercial restaurant which included a commercial kitchen, restrooms, basement, and 70+ person dining room.

rocking horse ranch

Rocking Horse Ranch Highland, NY

ACCI has assisted the Rocking Horse Ranch in Highland with planning and construction services for more than 10 years.

Notable projects include:

Renovation of a pole barn into a "Wild West" period day care cneter.

This was a Design Build project that was created for Richard and Sandy Timmons of Garrison, NY to house their long established child daycare business.

This project, located in the village of Cold Spring, required a multiple of permits and architectural reviews due to the historic nature of the village.
