Phase 1

​

15,000 sf, 2-story addition at Blue Mountain Middle School along with interior renovations including district-wide fuel tank replacements as well as renovations to mechanical and electrical upgrades at the high school.

 

Phase 2 

      

Arris Contracting Company, Inc. was also been retained for the continuation of providing Construction Management services including successful pre-referendum services. Five additions at the high school with interior renovations and upgrades including raising the roof at the field house dome structure to create more usable space for sports activities. District-wide roof replacements, mechanical and electrical upgrades, and window replacements. Renovation of the administration office building.
