Once again M&S and ACCI are working together on a interior renovation to the M&S Headquarters located on lower Main Street in Poughkeepsie. This time we are renovating their second floor to emulate the work completed on their first floor of 2012. The project consists of a complete demolition of the interior and restructuring of the floor plan creating an open concept with exterior offices. A new Telemarketing area is being created along with a new break room and conference room. A portion of the 3rd floor will be reconstructed once the 2nd floor is completed. ACCI has worked closely with M&S on allocating personnel pre-construction and post construction to allow for a seamless transition.
