The work completed throughout the district wide renovations included: Replacement of 1500 lockers at the Middle School and High School, complete replacement of locker room finishes at the Middle School, pool restoration at the Middle School, complete masonry restoration at Clinton elementary School, replacement of gymnasium bleachers at the middle school, Installation of LULA lifts at the High School at Smith street elementary School. Glass and Aluminum entrance replacements at the Middle School and High school. Several bathroom renovations at the Middle School and High School.

 

The buildings were mostly occupied and the majority of work was performed second shift or over the summer break.

 

One specific challenge was performing major restoration work to the district pool and having it certified by the health department within a 3 month window. Close coordination by all trades and parties was required to accomplish this task.
