Arris Contracting Company, Inc. (ACCI) was contracted as a Design Builder with the help of CPL Architecture and Planning to build a new 15,000 sf Operations Center for Salisbury Bank and Trust (SBT), located in Lakeville, CT. The operations center serves as SBT headquarters of operations housing all of their back offices. The existing building and location was formally The Lakeville Journal Building. The main wood building along with an attached metal building was demolished. Maintaining the New England, feel CPL Architecture came up with a traditional looking building with contemporary flair. The building is mostly be comprised of an open air concept with over 400 LF of glass partitions and a large courtyard with a 16'x16' skylight.
