This project consisted of renovation to both the West Wing and the Infirmary of the St. Lawrence Friary in Beacon, NY.

 

West Wing

 

3,000 sf interior renovation of an existing facility which included a new dining room, library, offices, ADA accessible bathrooms, and corridors.

 

Infirmary

 

6,000 sf interior renovation of an existing infirmary which included 12 new patient rooms, nurses suite, physical therapy room, dining room, kitchen, chapel, and sitting room.

 

Exterior/Sitework

 

New features included a four car carport, two new ADA accessible ramps, new paving, and landscaping.
