Renovations to 2400 sf of existing white box retail space on Raymond Avenue adjacent to the Historic Juliet Theater. The space was made ready for the owner's kitchen equipment in 8 weeks and the doors opened for business in 11 weeks from the start date. Considering the tight logistics of the space and the new prototype detailing from BugerFi corporate, achieving an opening in 11 weeks was substantial.

 

Some of the detailing provided was southern yellow pin wall systems, milled steel and aluminum panel wainscot, aluminum perforated panels with black acoustical ceiling systems. A milled steel and custom fabricated counter. Polished chrome meat and fish hook light fixtures were offset with Edison like lamps. Parrallam 6" thick tables along with recycled coke bottle chairs.

 

Tight coordination between the owner's vendor and ACCI was needed to have a successful project. We look forward to providing future locations.
