As a General Contractor, ACCI is the single point-of-contact for the entire construction project, hiring subcontractors as needed in areas such as Electrical, Heating/Ventilating/Air Conditioning, and Plumbing. ACCI is a true General Contractor and will never act as a contract broker. We are very specific about quality and we will not put our name on it unless we have performed the work.

ACCI is a proponent of Lean Construction. Why? Because we believe in maximizing value and minimizing waste. Lean Construction allows ACCI to develop a better approach to planning, managing and controlling your project. Our Project Managers and Field Superintendents properly coordinate material and manpower to be on-site at the correct and most efficient times. We don’t allow materials to clog the job site or trades to work out of sequence. We use technologies such as network cameras which provide 24/7 access to the site. Project managers can be just as effective and efficient even when off-site. Our web-based applications allow our Field Superintendents to be efficient in communicating with headquarters. Field Superintendents can electronically view shop drawings and submit project documents such as RFI's and daily construction reports from the field.
