In the Fall of 2018 Rockland BOCES contacted Arris Contracting Company, Inc. (ACCI) to assist them with getting their project out of the ground with an anticipated completion date of June 2019. The project was awarded in January of 2018 but was unsuccessful in getting started.

 

The project consists of an 8,000 sf addition including an ADA compliant interior pool along with a Hydroworx therapy pool, bathrooms, locker rooms, corridors, basement, and mechanical space. The majority of the base is planned to be modular building being built off-site and craned into place on the job site.

 

ACCI was successful with getting the work started within a few weeks of being awarded the project from Rockland BOCES.

 

Additionally, we were successful with pushing through the winter to continue work.
