HUDSON VALLEY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION BRANCHES

Completion Date: 2007 - 2008 - 2009 - 2010 - 2011

Architect: Mauri Associates Architects

Arris Contracting Company, Inc. was the proud General Contractor to provide the Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union with  new branches in Orange, Dutchess, and in Ulster County.

Branch: Carmel, NY

Arris Contracting Company, Inc. has completed construction on the new Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union Branch located in Carmel, New York. We have provided General Contracting services for HVFCU for many years constructing new branches and renovating existing facilities throughout the Hudson Valley. This is our 7th branch that we have built for HVFCU.

The new 5340 sf branch is located just off of Route 6 on a 2.3 acre lot. Site construction includes a series of storm water management ponds, retaining walls, a bio retention area, storm water planter and a mass excavation of over 10000 yards of material.

Branch: Middletown, NY

The project included a fit up with in a new shell building to provide the HVFCU with their first branch location in Orange County, NY. Special coordination was required between the building developer, the HVFCU, Vendors and ACCI. The 6790 SF branch was constructed through the winter months and was successfully opened in early spring.

Branch: Beacon, NY

Arris Contracting Company, Inc. was the proud General Contractor to provide the Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union with a new Branch in Beacon, NY.  This attractive branch is  a different and unique design  from an exterior point of view compared to many of HVFCU Branches. The project included 4100 SF of renovations to an existing Auction House on Main street in downtown Beacon NY. The space was converted to a new Credit Union branch. The existing space was completely demolished including ceilings, walls, flooring and all mechanical systems. Close coordination with the city of Beacon was required to allow pedestrian access around the front of the building. Limited access through the rear of the building and a 3 month completion schedule were definitive obstacles. ACCI was up to the challenge and completed the project on time and with the highest quality.

The renovation work to transform the space into a new branch location included exterior improvements on the Main street side and rear of the building, new complete teller line, back offices, rest rooms, conference room, FSR and common space.

The overall success of the project was contributed to the close coordination between all parties involved and ultimately meeting the owners goals and needs.
