Project Value: $5 Million

Completion Date: December 2019

Architect: Michael Shilale Architects, LLP

In the Fall of 2018 Rockland BOCES contacted Arris Contracting to assist them with getting their project out of the ground. The project was awarded in January of 2018 but was unsuccessful in getting started. Arris was successful with getting the project started within a few weeks of being awarded the project from Rockland BOCES.

The project consists of a 8,000 sf addition including a ADA compliant interior pool along with a Hydroworx therapy pool, bathrooms, locker rooms, corridors, basement and mechanical space. The majority of the base is planned to be modular building being built off site and craned into place on the job site.

The high-tech, indoor therapy and fitness pools are designed to improve mobility, build confidence, increase health and wellness and will teach children with special needs to be safe around water for the rest of their lives.
