Arris Contracting Co., Inc. was the prevailing Construction Manager for the Kingston City School District. In addition, we provided consulting, value engineering and budgeting information, as requested. Various projects included:

 

J. Watson Bailey Middle School

​

The first phase of this project consisted of a 6,000 square foot addition including a new elevator, extensive renovation and asbestos abatement work.

 

Kingston High School

​

This project had proven to be a challenging project, as scaffolding, lifting devices, and general construction had occurred during regular instructional activities.

 

Meagher Elementary School

​

This project consisted of a four classroom addition including a reading atrium enhanced by natural light, ADA Compliance work along with renovations to the Library, extensive exterior masonry restoration, total renovation of the heating system from steam to hot water and major electrical upgrades.

 

Also, miscellaneous District Wide renovations and upgrades.
