Renovations to a 1874, 1917, 1961 and 1996 building. The renovations range from full interior demolition to minor paint and patchwork. Asbestos and Lead paint abatement will be performed in several locations. As the buildings were served as an elementary school previously. The classrooms were divided up into offices, conference rooms, restrooms etc. A full window replacement will be performed. ADA upgrades include a new grade entry vestibule including a two stop elevator. Sitework includes sidewalks, bollards signage and pavement markings.
