Arris Contracting was the negotiated General Contracting firm for the 51,860 sf complete rebuilding and expansion of the parking lot of the Marshall & Sterling headquarters on Main Street in Poughkeepsie, NY. Arris successfully met the clients budget, schedule, and quality requirements set forth early on in the design and development.

 

The scope of work included complete demolition of the existing parking garage, expansion south onto an adjacent lot, all new energy efficient LED light poles, landscaping upgrades and new retaining wall. The project was completed in three separate phases all while maintaining access to open areas of the parking lot for use by Marshall and Sterling staff.
