In 1990, Arris Contracting Company, Inc. began Construction Management Services for the Newburgh Enlarged City School District. Notable projects include:

 

• Total renovation of approximately 70,000 square feet of the existing Epiphany College Building located in New Windsor, New York along with restructuring and alterations to the existing Field House plus approximately 30,000 square feet of additions and major site and road work to create the new Middle School. This project, valued at $17.4 million began in November 1994 and was ready for occupancy in September 1996.
   

• Various District Wide Capital Improvements, Phase III valued at $2 million. Project duration was three months.
   

• Various District Wide Capital Improvements, Phase II, valued at approximately $3.5 million. This project was a three month, fast-tracked renovation which included ten Prime Contracts at four school locations.
   

• Various District Wide Capital Improvements, Phase I, valued in excess of $1.5 million. Project duration was six months.
   

• The Gidney Avenue Memorial School Addition and Renovation project valued at $3 million. Project duration was ten months.
   

• Managed contract Number 5, valued at $.5 million. Project duration was three months.
