A partial renovation to an existing 100 year old Dairy barn on Vassar Farms. The project consists of renovations to one wing of the barn. The scope of work includes removal of the existing concrete floor, removal of all interior and exterior finishes. A new concrete floor, exterior and interior finishes will be provided along with new standing seam roofing and prefabricated roof cupolas restoring the original look of the barn. New electrical and mechanical systems will be provided along with ADA entrances and walks.
