Vassar Properties contracted with ACCI to fully demolish an existing 3 story structure of which was found to be condemned due to a fire.

The building was successfully demolished under abatement and the existing foundation was filled in.

ACCI worked closely with NYS DOT, the local building department and local business owners to maintain pedestrian traffic. Temporary barricades were erected and additional monitoring was implemented.

The project has added much needed green space to Raymond avenue and Arlington business district.

The project was completed on time.
